Refund Policy

There are no refunds

There are no refunds after a purchase has been made, whatsoever.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please consider the ticket purchase a donation to the Dallas Tennis Association's charitable efforts, which you can read more about here.

If the event cannot be held, or held at any particular location, DTA will use all means possible to reschedule the event to another date. Should such rescheduling not be feasible or possible, the proceeds of your ticket purchase shall be treated as a donation as described earlier.
